Ilant Health is an obesity treatment company, focused on increasing access to obesity treatment while reducing total cost of care for employers and payers. We provide the single front door for individuals with obesity (BMI>30), delivering end-to-end evidence-based solutions (bariatric surgery, medication, intense behavioral therapy) through a technology-enabled and analytics-driven obesity medicine practice. Unlike our competitors who focus on diet and exercise and medication to the self-pay market, we focus on working with payors, employers, and providers to engage members and pair individuals with the right treatment and care coordination, enabling care through insured value-based care models.

The Role

Looking for a strong general player with a “no task is too small” attitude. This is a great opportunity to experience the early stages of a startup and have major impact in all areas, especially product and marketing strategy.

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)

‍

• Maintain overall product strategy and support prioritization of product features based on feedback from leadership, business development and engineering
• Prepare quarterly roadmaps, gain alignment with leadership on prioritization
• Work with engineering and design to drive execution against top product priorities
• Develop and oversee marketing flows (email and SMS drips) to optimize engagement
• Analyze and standardize analytics metrics, leveraging Google Analytics, CRM data, and heatmaps
• Develop copy and initial designs for member-facing communications
• Conduct competitive research on marketing messaging and product design, prepare presentations summarizing insights
• Vet and engage contractors as needed (designers, engineers, QA, etc.).
• Test and QA product
• Conduct user research and feedback sessions

What We Look For In You (ie. Job Requirements)

• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience with product, design, or working with healthcare customers
• A system thinker with product and design skills
• Great communication style and interpersonal skills
• Creative approach to problem solving, scrappiness
• Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
