We provide the single front door for individuals with obesity (BMI>30), delivering end-to-end evidence-based solutions (bariatric surgery, medication, intense behavioral therapy) through a technology-enabled and analytics-driven obesity medicine practice. Unlike our competitors who focus on diet and exercise and medication to the self-pay market, we focus on working with payors, employers, and providers to engage members and pair individuals with the right treatment and care coordination, enabling care through insured value-based care models.

What You'll Be Doing (i.e., Job Duties)

‍
• Work with the CEO to build relationships with potential customers and partners including conducting outreach and follow-up
• Translate learnings form customer and partner meetings into product and operations implications
• Create content for internal and external purposes (company presentations, investors
presentations, external interviews and appearances, key mtgs, emails, etc.).
• Support CEO in maintaining critical back office capabilities, such as finance and HR
• Take on special projects as needed

What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements)

• BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience at a top tier management consulting or investment banking firm or
healthcare company
• Strong analytics skills
• Great communication style and interpersonal skills
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment

Salary Range: $50-150K
